Reading and Phonics

Letters and Sounds: This new Department for Education approved website is a complete Phonics resource to support children in learning to read. This matches our in-school Letters and Sounds phonics planning and teaching. Daily lessons are uploaded for Reception and Year 1. Staff will send home weekly planning via Tapestry or Seesaw to support this.

Phonics Play

Children in Nursery, Reception and KS1 might be familiar with the phonics play website. It is a great place to practise your sounds and understand real words and alien words!
